Guy Sela, founder and developer of Smart!,  is an agronomist and specialist in irrigation, fertilization and water treatment.   Guy's  inspiration for creating Smart! software is a direct result of his years managing commercial farming projects around the world.    However, Guy often found himself frustrated by the lack of accurate fertilizer management tools available to growers. As the saying goes -- necessity is the mother of invention. Guy set out, together with a skilled programmer, to develop the groundbreaking Smart! software for growers like himself.
